I am a high functioning autistic that is good at helping others learn what it is like to have autism. My autism enables me to experience the world differently than others and recognize how valuable that is to businesses and society when it comes to solving the problems that confront us. I am a problem solving autistic so that I break out of my obsessions. When I connect with businesses, I want to help identify undue burdens in the moment so businesses are meeting those in the moment instead of the lawsuits that come afterwards. We live in a world where we are trying to employ people with disabilities and I want to improve the relationship between employers and people with disabilities.
I have experience talking about autism from three years volunteering as a Human Book with the Human Library. As I keep learning about my autism and other people's autism, I get better helping others understand it. As a musician, I got my bachelors degree in music and understood music theory to the degree that I was tutoring others in my music department that were struggling with it. My educational background helps with doing research and sharing it the right way.
I let people ask their questions, which drives the conversation and where the topics lead. When I get to talk to business leaders, I address the relationship between the employer and the person with a disability. I possess the empathy to meet people on their level and have a good understanding of business leadership to cater to both sides.
I have long, wavy hair. My first performance venue where I performed in front of a massive amount of people was 30 thousand and loved it. I performed the drums with two bands and play bass guitar for my church's choir. I write my own musical compositions on the piano.
