My story:

In the early 2000's, I owned a large indoor sports training center. I heard parents constantly complain that nobody helped them with the college process as their reason for it not turning out right. One afternoon after a parent rant, I said to my wife- I'm going to spend the rest of my life teaching student-families how to take ownership of their life using college as the platform for doing so. Each passing year my business has evolved into the highly structured, deeply engaging, college-logical process that it is today.

My mission:

My daily purpose is driven to give everyone a unique advantage in their pursuit of higher education. I stand for equal opportunity for receiving a quality education regardless of wealth position, gender, cultural background, or origin of birth.

My core values:

Friendly Structured Honesty Respectful Caring

My greatest accomplishments:

I earned medals in the USAF. I passed the CPA exam in one sitting on my way to becoming a valued CPA. I ran a business that increased it's sales from $3MM to $10MM over 7-8 years. I then built a 60,000 sqf indoor sports training center called The DiamondZone where we trained athletes in baseball, softball, lacrosse, and soccer. From there, I launched my college advising business known as CollegeLogic.

Along the way, I have built dozens of highly meaningful relationships. One thing I'm proud of is that I get wedding invitations each summer from kids who I worked with several years ago. I don't just work for money, rather, I work to help turn dreams into reality...and I've been quite good at seeing it through successfully.

My hobbies/activities:

Play the Bass Racquetball Walk my dog Cook Exercise

My goals:

1) My long-term goal is to be a positive influence on the people with whom I be valuable to them, to be able to relate to their needs, and to always have their trust and confidence.

2) My long-term goal is to remain in top physical condition, to look the part and to act the part; to keep the magic alive for a long time, be it as a college advisor, athlete, or musician.

3) My long-term goal is to be able to help the masses of people through the college process; to help them turn their dreams into reality without regard to wealth position, origin-of-birth, gender, or cultural background.

Read, listen to, and/or watch this:

My favorite book in terms of its influence on me, my business, and my daily intentions is Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Why? Because I like to be effective. Here is a link-

Fun facts:

I am known to be a perfectionist, which makes it difficult sometimes to enjoy a game of golf, racquetball, and sometimes playing the Bass. Those are my three favorite activities that don't provide for perfection. There is no perfect concert, golf game, or racquetball match, ha...but, at least I try!
