I have the heart of a teacher. My process is to understand the situation, provide information and inject hope.
With over 11 years of professional sales and leadership experience, I’ve developed a passion for building raving fans and a raving culture. I've had the privilege and honor to have been promoted 10 times in my professional career which I attribute to my values and learning about the Slight Edge Theory early in my career. Currently, I manage a $2B business within Dell Technologies.
I am going into my 7th year as a personal financial coach and have had the privilege to serve over 100 families with their personal finances and goal setting.
Outside of work, you’ll see me collaborating with Historically Black College and University (HBCU) students in a national “cross-discipline competition” called HBCU Battle of the Brains which is held during SXSW. Our goal is to shine a light on HBCU students and give them access to valuable career opportunities, scholarship funds and a once in a lifetime experience. I am blessed to be a blessing and look forward to connecting with you. You are going to wonder why you had not done it sooner.
