I am the Co-Founder and CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of REITIUM; a real estate investment platform that has created an automated and digitized way to simplify the process of investing in private securities.
Our vision at REITIUM is to create a world class platform that allows users to invest in income-generating real estate assets.
REITIUM created a proprietary SaaS technology called EXEMPTIUM, which is a back-end management software that offers investment managers a solution to house real-time investment data, fully compliant with securities regulations. Our SaaS brings together the many layers of the backend deal flow process and through a personalized app it acts as a CRM, a live deal tracker, a digital CAP table, a communications centre, a compliance engine and more.
Our long term vision is for REITIUM to include servicing the retail investor market, becoming a global platform that offers the opportunity for anyone to invest in private securities, enabling Real Estate for Everyone™.

While I am the Co-Founder, I am also the CMO and COO concurrently. We are a boot-strapped startup, thus wearing many hats.
As CMO, I strategize and execute the marketing department who work with me to increase revenue through marketing, content creation and social media presence.
As COO, I deal with all the backend organization, arrangements, research, interviews and business operations efforts.
Our team is now up to 10 employees and a handful of incredibly talented advisors.
I'm proud that our dreams and vision are becoming a reality and that we have a solid team to best support us and actualize our vision.
