What I do:

WHY I do what I do: I believe that we are all capable of much more than we think we are, and doing hard things that we're passionate about is the greatest pursuit we can take on.

HOW I do what I do: Facilitating group workshops, virtual webinars, and 1-on-1 individual coaching

WHAT I do: I help executives, elite athletes, coaches, and teams build mental and emotional skills needed to perform at their best more consistently, as well as find meaning in pursuit of their goals. I do this by creating space for performers to further understand and actively work on their ambitions, struggles, and overall mindset. This allows them to stay present, respond to their environment more effectively, and stay focused on what's most relevant in the moment.

Why me:

Together, we'll work on increasing self-awareness, identifying personal triggers, building mental skills, and becoming proficient in implementing these skills under pressure. Our process will centre around meaningful 1on1 conversations, understanding principles of human performance, and mental skills training. Using mental skills such as mindfulness, concentration, breathing, confidence, and visualization, we'll build the 4 Components of a High Performance Mindset:

1. Emotional Regulation
2. Deliberate Attention
3. Growth Mindset
4. Deeper Purpose

On an organizational level, I work with leadership teams to create a Championship Culture. This centres around authentic leadership, communication, accountability, vulnerability, and balancing conviction with humility.

A little bit about myself:

I received my Masters degree in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and have had the opportunity to work as a High Performance Coach with executives, teams, elite athletes, coaches, and parents.

My style of work is very collaborative, empathetic, and solution-focused. Although my process is research-based, the work we'll do is very applied, relevant, and engaging.

Fun fact about me:

- I'm an avid runner and have ran 6 half-marathons. 2021 will be the year of the full marathon for me!
- Bucket list item is to visit every National Park in the US. 13/59 so far!
- Dave Matthews Band is my favourite band and I've seen them live about 20 times
