I can understand how people feel lost. There is a lot of misinformation and confusion in the health and fitness industry - so many different diets, different nutrition protocols, etc. - it makes it very confusing.
Nutrition and training should be simple.
Being healthy is my #1 priority. I believe this should be everyone's top priority as well.
Being fit and healthy has positive repercussions in all areas of life - relationships, self-esteem, and the self-discipline that carries out in all other endeavors.
As Jim Rohn said "Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live in."

I believe clients should choose me because I am a diligent person, willing to take the time it takes to provide my full attention and dedication to each individual, understanding their needs, their current limitations, and help them overcome them.
I understand that each client is different, each client has their own needs, their own preferences, and their own strengths. It is important to work with each client independently and provide personalized assistance.
As a coach, it is important to provide a fresh, external, and objective look at the client's lifestyle and offer guidance.
Too often, clients fall in the same routine and it's hard for them to step back and assess their fitness situation objectively. This is where a coach can come in and steer them in the right direction.
I am also a Dolce Diet Certified coach. The Dolce Diet is the most successful weight management brand in combat sports. It was designed to help fighters lose weight and step on a scale at a predefined weight to physically compete!
Losing weight is easy, but, losing the right type of weight, the non-functional body weight, while maintaining and improving lean, healthy, and functional muscle tissue, that's where the gold is.
The goal is to have a proper body composition - drop down as much body fat as possible, while increasing muscle mass, to achieve that toned and defined look.
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness. I am constantly looking to deepen my knowledge in nutrition and training.
I have been able to achieve my fitness goals and am always striving to improve.
As a coach, I can often provide that highly needed guidance if you are lost, or the motivation to get you started, and even train with you if time and location permits!
