My story:

I am an Aerospace Engineer by day, and a Fitness Coach by night. (Weird combination, I know ...)

I am also a Dolce Diet Certified coach. The Dolce Diet is the most successful weight management brand in combat sports. It was designed to help fighters lose weight and step on a scale at a predefined weight to physically compete!

The goal is to have a proper body composition - drop down as much body fat as possible, while increasing muscle mass, to achieve that toned and defined look.

What's cool about this is that thousands of regular people like myself have seen success from it. And what's even better, is that all of the body changes and physique transformation are a by-product of good habits, healthy behaviours aiming at enhancing longevity.

-Hiking Kilimanjaro (tallest mountain of Africa).

-Getting my Master's in Aerospace Engineering part-time while I was working full-time.

-Meditating for 590 days in a row. 10 minutes every morning.

-Maintaining a lean and fit body year-round. No exceptions. No negotiations. No yo-yo dieting.
