Why I want you to pick my brain?
When you need support and advising most, it can be the hardest to find.

Over the last 14 years I have learned from various business challenges I faced, including a lack of strategy, plans and implementation, not having a strong corporate culture with specific values, identifying the right corporate set up, idenigying the right partners, suppliers and stakeholders, dealing with lawsuits and partner disputes, managing bullying or intimidation in the workplace, managing employee expectations and developing gender equal pay grids.

I want to be available and support business owners to help them keep moving forward and ensure they are going to be successful.
